Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition, with all original accessories, documentation, and tags attached. Items returned without the original packaging or that are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.

Exceptions: Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons, customization, or discounts. This includes items such as mattresses, pillows, custom-made furniture, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.” Please refer to the product descriptions for specific return information.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is needed for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase may be rejected.

Return Authorization: All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) obtained from our customer support team. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with the RA# clearly marked on the exterior of the package. Make sure items are packed carefully to prevent damage during shipping. It is preferable to use the original packaging materials, where possible.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as if we sent you the wrong product or the product is defective. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides tracking capabilities and insurance.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. You are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received.
3. Refunds

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that there may be a delay in processing refunds during peak periods.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee for items not returned in their original condition, including items with missing parts or packaging. These fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any damaged or defective items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Documentation: Provide photos and videos of the damage or defect, along with your order details. Please be sure that your photos and videos clearly show the defects or damages.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable. We will determine the most appropriate solution after review of your claim.
5. Exchanges

Availability: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
