    • Threshold Delivery: This option includes delivery to the first dry area of your home, such as the porch, garage, or main entryway.

    • White Glove Delivery: This option includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and assembly. It also includes removal of the packaging materials.

  • Curbside Delivery: We offer curbside delivery for large or heavy items, leaving items at your curb. It is your responsibility to bring the items indoors.

  • Scheduled Deliveries: For some larger items, scheduled deliveries are required, and you must be available to accept the delivery at the specified date and time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery Signature: For some items, you may need to sign for the delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery yourself, you may leave a signed note allowing the carrier to leave the package at your own risk.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your address after you’ve placed an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after a certain point.

  • Multiple Delivery Attempts: If you’re not available, carriers may make multiple attempts, but additional fees may apply if there are multiple delivery attempts.
